Founder's Story
Our team is composed of passionate individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in our community. Our founder, Tiffany Dillon describes herself as a girl/woman/human in progress. She has a personal mission to be a LIGHT to others by spreading love, kindness, and cheer every day and believes this is her life purpose. She was an elementary/middle school teacher for over twenty years before transitioning into a role as a leadership coach and student teaching supervisor. When not working, she loves to be in nature hiking, capturing natural beauty in photograph, or chasing sunsets. She also loves entertaining family and friends, creating art, making gifts for others, championing for causes close to her heart, and of course spreading kindness. The idea for Be Kind Confetti has lived in her heart for decades. Tiffany resides in Bucks County, PA with her quirky and kind husband and two very special fur babes.
